Baised people as hell. All they do is hire people from SPA and put them in every department for screwing the growth of that department. The worst dept is sales and tech and product. Impractical targets and the knowledge of the leadership is not what you crave also rating system is not good

1. Temporary Perception: The DNA of the company is "Temporary Perception". One day you will be rockstar and other day you will be useless. This DNA problem is one of the biggest issue of this company. Out of all the senior people and people who were initially part of it have left the company. This shows in everything they do from People, processes to projects. Everything is temporary Perception based. 2. Fake vision: They don't have a real vision. Everything is far away from reality and copied from Nike or Apple. They are not even closer to these companies, yet they create a fake vision to become that. 3. Neither Customer Nor Employee Focused: This company doesn't care about their paid users and same for employees. This is one of the worst signal. 4. Far away from reality: The founder's doesn't know the reason about revenue upward trends or downward trends. They are million miles away from reality. 5. Make you feel dumb: If you are fresher then okay, but if you have spend 3-4 years or more in the industry, please don't even think to join this force. They will make you feel dumb, micromanage you at every step. You will struggle in your personal life because of the virtual pressure that gets created in such toxic environment. The CEO thinks he is Steve jobs. Meanwhile their churn is 100%.
