Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Working there means sacrificing all your need. Because they just pay 8000 cash that is not in time. Some times you may have wait for 2 months. There is no management system, the guy how taking this charge has zero knowledge

For fresher it is good to work here. especially who want to make career in technical teaching like robotics training, IoT training....
