...s be a part of this company.company policies and behavior culture are very good. Appraisal are fair and they give handsome salary hike , incentive and bonus every year.

Company is very good culture and atmosphere , but the carrier growth is very slow

Overall good company to work. Dynamic company. Division to division culture differs. Have a great pipeline. Despite pandemic company sails strongly..& during this pandemic company supports the employee in a big way which no other company can think of.

...employee in a flat package for years. Partiality is seen with metro & non metro. People who are working with non metro treated lesser in terms of rating & compensation. Because of 1 or 2 senior managers company has a pathetic named on the market & which is true also.

Work life balance is good for most of the teams. Good perks like pat leave is 6month, relaxed leave policy.

Dislikes

No scope to learn something new or ground breaking. Pay is below industry standards. Every 2-3 years they keep changing the process or team structures.

Nothing much only salary is on time as per payroll calendar.

Dislikes

Late promotion cycles. Promotion and salary hikes are given to people closer to management. Favouritism to department managers play key role here in development
