Dislikes

Opportunities for growth is limited, Currently the job security is low, The growth expectation is unrealistic in the face of extreme external challenges, No merit increase and significant resizing happening, majority of people are rated based on 2020 performance which was a year of unexpected challenges in the face of Covid and most of them are initiated on PIP based on 2020 performance. Consistency in communication is lacking at leadership level. Huge detoriation of culture observed to what was few years ago. Sense of belonging has diminished.

Company is good, but only if you are in good books of your manager! Sycophancy runs high in the hierarchy!

Dislikes

Apart from compensation, too much politics and sycophancy runs high in hierarchy! even if you are a star performer sales wise but not in good books of your manager, you will be served PIP .. a sure shot way to kick you out of organization!! Even if you earn incentives for sales achievement , your appraisal will be degraded!!

...employee in a flat package for years. Partiality is seen with metro & non metro. People who are working with non metro treated lesser in terms of rating & compensation. Because of 1 or 2 senior managers company has a pathetic named on the market & which is true also.

Novartis has supported their employees in this pandemic situation. There is no head count reduction,no salary deduction,even we are getting our expenses.
