...re. No scope for promotions without completing the 2 years per role requirement. No competitive salary. No challenging tasks. Anything more complex than a drag and drop would be delegated to some consultancy.

The work life balance is everything here. Plus you have all the freedom to innovate. Huge opportunities to learn and Collab with multiple teams.

Maybe the compensation. But that is secondary for me. Learning comes first.

Overall company has a great work culture with employee friendly policies. Company offers decent pay package if you can negotiate well.

Primarily company is focused towards pharma and hence if you happen to be an IT employee and want to grow interms of technology and professionally this is not a place
