...rk load 200 percent from day 1 very risky to join, micromanagement at all steps. no salary on time. salary delay 10-15 days every month. forced to work on Saturday, Sunday.

-i joined this company with high hopes, thinking it would be a place of good opportunities, but it's the worst experience ever. -policies here are made only for personal benefits of a few people and discrimination is everywhere. -onboarding and induction are completely ignored. -communication is pathetic and no one has any clue what's going on. -rules are bent for some employees while others are treated like labor, i was forced to work on Saturday, Sunday. while manager and other close to HR get special privileges and takes leave whenever they want. -i was left to work alone with zero support , no input is given but manager wants output on the same day. -the office does not have proper sitting space. - the whole place is full of favoritism, biased treatment, and full of toxic politics. it feels like you are being punished for working here. - i left this organization in one month . i hope my review will help others to take decision.

All good and a great engineering team. Good learning and skill development within company. Work and life balance is excellent. You will love to work here in Novargi. Team sprit and Excellent safety culture. Better Exposure.

I got offer from Novargi, but HR didn't give clear answers about office timing, leave policy, and other basic things. They keep talking in circles. I spoke to some employees and found out they are unhappy with work environment. So decided not to join.
