Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

..only supervisor up to manager has salary increment. ..promotion with out salary increased. ..bonus is not for all people ..poor Accomodation amenities. ..emergency situation is not priority. ..people are like a prison due to far from the city no consistent company service.. ..all promise from supervisors and managers are only promise. ..poor food served from the canteen. ..they will not give your vacation pay as you go to your homeland.. ..worker are like machine they will not provide manpower even if thier are absent. ..1 van (12 people) for almost 500 worker is the only service going to city sometime not available. ..only supervisor and manager will get the benefits. ..worker is always wrong..
