Salary is available within time and ot, also pf is available on time, and field officer also guides well.

The time of the year that the salary increases does not increase us, the salary is much lower here than elsewhere, then the salary is lower compared to the work, the rest is fine, there is no problem.

Im not like nouvel facility because this company upper team not good and not a good behaviour, and facility are very poor.

Many many point for dislike 1. Salary hold problem. 2. Working process not good 3. Any work roughing not fixed. 4. There are available very high politics in organisations.

... well as support staff . Some trouble for cafeteria at site so difficult for us. Company policy is good but there are not given salary hike every year but they give bonus every year but not given calculated bonus they give randomly. But overall good experience with Nouvel .

There is lot of issue with management they hide this issue. They didn't address any issue on time. They are given job opportunity for new comer.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the company that another plus point is that my colleges come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very much. Competition is decent but growth is slow.
