Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It was a family business, run inside the house, what the owner won't tell you is that his kid will also be running around in the kitchen, I quit because of a knife related injury, you can guess it, it was because of the kid, they didn't even bother paying for my medical expenses or atleast taking me to stop the bleeding, then followed to blame me. They also stole my recipes which are now thier best sellers, absolutely shameless people. P.s I have never cut my hand in the past 5 years before that, and I have worked in bulk kitchens. I warn you to never work here.
