Favouritism during promotions, No recognitionon performance, low salary slab. Extremely less increament on performance

Current management need to know what is happening in the market and middle management need to wake up.

While there are many positive aspects of working at Notified, if I were to point out a downside, it would be the occasional lack of promotions, salary and benefits.

Not liked anything, top level management is not taking care of all the departments, Because of their mistakes so many innocent people lost their jobs from services team, they made their life as pathetic. No Proper planning by top level management.

Dislikes

No Job security, Layed off so many employees and put them and their families in to the hell, no proper appraisal cycle

A lot of politics, Bias managers not all of them but there are few.. No freedom to change any process change which would benefit the company. Suggestion are not expected, Increments percentage are very less and not based on conformance. But certain things makes us to stick to this company and personal commitments.
