...ill from this organization. They are lose their knowledge and skills day by day. This organization never pay the salary on time. They are deducted the PF and ESIC but they are not deposite it PF and ESIC ontime. My experience working under Mr. Umesh Jalan at Sanvie Retail Pvt Ltd was unfortunately very negative. Here are the specific issues I encountered: 1. **Unprofessional Response to Resignation:** The day I submitted my resignation and was prepared to serve my notice period, Mr. Umesh replied to the HR Manager in a highly unprofessional manner, stating that they should release me the next day itself because they "don't need overconfident employees" like me. I find it shocking that a mature, professional manager would respond in such a manner. 2. **Forced Resignation:** The very next day, when I went to the office, I was forced to resign immediately and was not allowed to serve my notice period. This was a deeply distressing experience and made me question the corporate ethics of the organization. 3. **Delayed FNF Settlement:** Despite the abrupt end to my employment, I had to send two follow-up emails to receive my full and final settlement. This added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. 4. **Lack of Learning and Growth Opportunities:** During my tenure, I found that there was nothing to learn that was relevant to my field or conducive to my professional growth. This not only hindered my development but also did not contribute to the growth of the organization. 5. **Inappropriate Response to Honest Feedback:** After posting an honest review about my negative experience, Mr. Umesh called me and questioned whether he had made a mistake by releasing my salary, suggesting that candidates like me deserve no job in the organization. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. 6. **Toxic Work Environment:** Managers like Mr. Umesh are the reason why corporate offices become toxic environments for employees. His behavior and attitude create a hostile work atmosphere that is detrimental to both individual and organizational growth. My experience under Mr. Umesh Jalan's management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this review helps in bringing about necessary changes to improve the work environment for current and future employees.
