Thanks to Nosch labs Pvt Ltd because they gave me first opportunity to learn the work. The work was very interested and I have learned so many new things from this company. Good environment and culture. I like unity to work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our work. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years beforewhich you cannot resign.

I feel happy to work in Nosch because it is a learning stage of freshers we can Learn so new things our manager is to good health is always helping to my feature carrier.

I have been a beautiful experience in my life because of first time I have working in Pharma industry as quality control Dept. I have learn some basic information of instruments and how to analyse the samples and how to collect the store samples it is a wonderful experience of my life.

Dislikes

The growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours.
