Work environment excellent with good salary pacakage.it is a growing company so the growth for staff also very fast.

Dislikes

There is no weekly off need to work 7days as week and long contract for atleast 8months

Only dislike is that we stay away from our family ND love once... That's our problems because we choose to work on cruise ship... It's not company...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.Job security for the career. It is a good opportunity to survive in this world

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
