There working culture, hybrid facilities, employees benefits plan, food facilities, salary structure, clean and classic environment, international clients meets, 1 on 1 every month with managers, completely employee orientated.

In terms of salary aspect it can be increased but rest all things are amazing.

The training and knowledge sharing in the company is great for freshers to learn.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, working hours are 12-15hrs with no adequate salary and also they don't give overtime easily.

The salary is very low compared to market standards and the career growth is at the cycle of 2 years but at the discretion of management. Too much of monotonous work. To much politics. Management is not that employee friendly or caring.
