...t company to work for. They are considerate and their leave policy is also good. Small gestures like a new year bonus, internet reimbursements, make it a hassle free environment, from the perspectives of perks. They provide training to freshers to so that they can work well on floor.

Life at northern trust under wfh conditions could have been better. Considering work life balance is something that one does not enjoy. Considering the amount of work that Is being done, one must be compensated better. Extensive trainings needs to be provided to freshers, so that they can, perform better.

Compensation and overall benefits could be better. Sometimes the work pressure is high and very demanding and this gets ignored during the time of appraisal.

Absolutely brilliant company to start up career. Northern trust provides opportunity for each individual to grow in terms of roles, designation, via forums, talents etc. Work culture is sophisticated and transport facility is best and safest. I like the way Co encourages physically disabled people to work.

Comparitivly Northern is not that great in terms of bonus. However a lot of competition when it comes to career growth. The work pressure is very high and have to extend my working hours. Sometimes individuals hardwork and potential strength may go unnoticed. There is no international relocation and business trips

NT is well known for its work culture, it's always open to trainings, personal meetings, etc.The work pressure is not Soo high compared to other companies. It provides free midnight meals which is an energy booster. NT transport is the best and safest for women. Overall it is a learning and growing kinda experience so far.

...alance personal life and work life equally. NT still uses outdated applications. The pay is comparatively less compared to outside

Growth rate of employee is low and I think it's time for them to recheck on the salary as it's just average and because of that after few years employee are jumping out of company only for the reason they get paid more than NOS
