If you are below Senior consultant level 15% above Senior consultant it's 25 % . If you really performed well surely they will give full amount. Weekly two days work from Office remaining three days work from home for Bangalore peoples.

Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.

...ver ends. There's no work life balance and I'm exhausted after 12 hours of work. Pay is too less for freshers. Poor quality and training and then they expect you to be perfect while working.
