Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.

Company culture and the structure is awesome. Package is satisfying but little than of its competitors

Skill development and training can be improved After pandamic due to lot of attrition work life balance of existing employees are compromised

...t company to work for. They are considerate and their leave policy is also good. Small gestures like a new year bonus, internet reimbursements, make it a hassle free environment, from the perspectives of perks. They provide training to freshers to so that they can work well on floor.

Dislikes

Life at northern trust under wfh conditions could have been better. Considering work life balance is something that one does not enjoy. Considering the amount of work that Is being done, one must be compensated better. Extensive trainings needs to be provided to freshers, so that they can, perform better.

The organization in very much employee centric and also work cilture is non-toxic. People at higher level are quite friendly and has open mindset.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto the industry standards. And work life balance is poor as most the of operations and process demands more working hours.

Experience will be taken as key parameter for promotions and bonus, but not your efforts you kept for automation or error free work, financial benefits are not satisfied when compared with industry and covid related things are not at all satisfactory.
