NT is well known for its work culture, it's always open to trainings, personal meetings, etc.The work pressure is not Soo high compared to other companies. It provides free midnight meals which is an energy booster. NT transport is the best and safest for women. Overall it is a learning and growing kinda experience so far.

The company is very flexible . Great work culture.Also lots of on the job training was provided , which enhanced the job role. Great team leaders who constantly supported and guided me. Friendly work atmosphere .

Dislikes

The salary offered was less , comparatively to the job role. Also the cab transportation amount being deducted from the base salary.was a huge amount when compared to the salary we were getting . Expect lesser amount to be deducted .

...t company to work for. They are considerate and their leave policy is also good. Small gestures like a new year bonus, internet reimbursements, make it a hassle free environment, from the perspectives of perks. They provide training to freshers to so that they can work well on floor.

Life at northern trust under wfh conditions could have been better. Considering work life balance is something that one does not enjoy. Considering the amount of work that Is being done, one must be compensated better. Extensive trainings needs to be provided to freshers, so that they can, perform better.

Compensation and overall benefits could be better. Sometimes the work pressure is high and very demanding and this gets ignored during the time of appraisal.

Northern Trust office in Bangalore has become dominated by South Insians so much so that they are speaking in Kannada in teams meetings and people have audacity to say that “ If you are coningbhere to work, you should learn the language” in an offensive tone.
