I joined in the month of April, MY name starts with letter "P" and its really pathetic working here. My two months experience made me to start look for other job. iam in the search of it.

Dislikes

Everything over here is worst. Politics are everywhere, but in a company where the employee count is very little and the politics are too much is unexpected. Mainly due to HR team whole India branch is suffering. I think if HR team is changed, only then people will remain with company.

Likes

Only shift timings are ok. Even then people need to stretch alot. Nothing is there to like. No job security. Now a new trend this company has started. Instead of layoff, this company has started to forcing employees to put down papers in some or the other way.

Dislikes

Everything is disliked including USA partners. No cooperation from them. HQ1 treat HQ2 (Hyderabad office) people as their personal workers. Even HQ2 top management doesn't to protect HQ2 employees. They just do what ever HQ1 ask them to do even even if its against an innocent employee. Both HQ1 and HQ2 don't have any morale values. Least bothered of employees in HQ2 some teams. Promotions are given only to HQ1 favorites. To promote HQ1 employee, they are ready to spoil HQ2 employee. I asked for promotion, they targeted me and spoiled my life. Because of this, iam going to put full-stop to my life.

Dont have supporting from Indian HR and US peoples. Indian HR peoples involving and doing politics. HR maintaining support for some group of people. Too much of politics.
