Their work culture is not good at all. Factory premise is very unorganised. Work satisfaction is close to zero. Payment term is terrible!, very uncertain in payment mode, should focus to improve payment term with employess & vendors.

Well, here self development skill is very good, technical wise it is a good company. Here I can more learnt about IBR and ASME code about pressure vessels.

Dislikes

Here no environment about to do with team, no any perfect workman working when required company hired and it takes unnecessary time so schedule failed.
