Good working environment along with natural scenic beauty. A complete tertiary hospital with all advance infrastructure and good Pay scale.

Non availability of any 24x7 running canteen. It's difficult to get food after 10pm.

I like actually I love working at neigrihms hospital(ICMR project) I miss it so much now that the project got over for me.

I dislike that I work hard for the project phase one, but when the phase one got over, the PI of the project call me to assure me that I'll be there in the phase 2, but after the interview they reject me because I'm lactating, which I'm deeply hurt and i dont think its fair . Still I miss working there so much. I dislike because there is no job security, I dedicated on that job for 4 years but when project got over im back on the streat unemployed.

Job security is the best part working in NEIGRIHMS, work culture is good, team mates are supportive.

Dislikes

Administration doesn't solve our long standing issues over the years those are not resolved. Career growth is zero, even after completion of a decade of service never got promotion. As of now, in this time of COVID-19 pandemic we are not adequately taken care of.
