Travelling is now a part of any job and it is there also. Little bit of politics is seen in every job and there is no difference here also. But not much is seen here. Middle management and senior management officers are to perform maximum here.

Culture of communal/regional feelings, partial-ism, godfather like attitude and behaviour of the management. Denial of the opportunities to the deserving candidates.
