Site level management is full of politics. Team culture not there. Too much jealousy, back stabbing. Manager only listen to some chamchas. No work life balance. Poor work culture. No appreciation. Increment only for left right of leader

Normet machine as a reliable.

Job security zero. Company cheat every time. Company hiring as a service engineer but after 6 month salary decrease and designation change from service engineer to Technician, it's not good for any employee

It was great working in normet and I liked the safety system in the company. In schedule maintenance all parts are served with planning and all break down m / c showing in case normet smartcare system

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

No sitting arrangement for normet employees on any site, not good hikes in salary...

If you respect and honest with your job and work then definitely Normet will pay back you. Very good for frontline employees and HR policies are really strong .

Desigions are not always fixed may change time to time or as per favorable conditions of management
