I preferred this company, because the work is done in dayshift and semi shift. I can say there is job security in this company.

Dislikes

There are only 4 to 5 seniors who will train the freshers. They will take maximum freshers with by offering 5000 salary, no proper training provided there. They will also take experience people with very less salary by bargaining. Example: One employee salary is 40k in previous CO. But he offered him just 25k. We have to compromise bcoz its for dayshift. The company HR is taking advantage of it. So many employees are working there, bcoz of there commitments. No growth regd salary/hike, lot of politics, no benefit's, 6 day week, relatives of Company MD who dominate even they don't have any knowledge.
