full freedom of work i can do my self, nothing hard n fast.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have all work like field work, Banking work. client phone calls attend. administration work, reply of emails, guest entertainment traveling arrangement of guests and dispatch section handling. But i did't get any per-motion so far.

The company has a culture of working in harmony and supporting each other as a team. Management never gets into micro-managing your daily task and instead lets you take ownership, everyone in the leadership team are approachable with openness and views that are unbiased and forward looking. Colleagues here generally share a diverse background and a long career journey with Norinco.

Dislikes

At times, less system and processes can disrupt the way of working, however for longer run, I feel the right blend of systems and processes should follow at Norinco, that only unfolds to making people take independent decisions. Career progression, frequent feedback sessions and merit based performance evaluation, are some of the stuff I would personally like to see them at Norinco.

The company is valued for marine electronics based jobs. The best place for a team work. They are providing high-quality products for the marine firm. The work pressure is low compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Individual growth is slow.
