Company Management had misplaced priorities due to lack of hospitality industry experience and WelcomHeritage had only provided franchisee.

Dislikes

Unethical work culture fraught with internal politics prevailed, with no career growth path defined, no training or skill improvement opportunity provided, appraisal were meagre and had no logic or given due consideration to inputs by the staff, work life balance got thrown out of the window.
