...eally helpful if u r in kumar nirjhar,s team. A very nice person as a manager. no further benefits, bonus,reimbursement is allowed need to work on weekends also depends on work also but usually its always loaded.

Noon is a big name company, which will be helpful for resume. No pressure to work in this company and good wlb

salary is very poor, imager, you passed nearly 5 round interview but the salary is same as other small company which only has one or two round easy interview No salary increase or promotion, seems like if you join the company with the fixed salary and no bonus, after a year it is same.especially the city is very expensive, eve you like the company work environment, it is hard to stay here for long time, you have to look for new opporrtunity,as salary is very low.

Like any other start up there is a lot to learn, that's the only pro.

Dislikes

...labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is). People working in UAE think themselves way superior to people working in India (having a coding background doesn't make you a good employee let alone a good human and having a good package doesn't guarantee having a personality either).

...oblems until you generate personal issues with your manager. Team is supportive. Salary Credit date is fixed and no need to hussle for it, you will get it in time. Overall good if you are happy with your in-hand and want to take a break for personal life.

Dislikes

No Perks at all (Until you are in UAE,KSA or Egypt), You won't get a single penny apart from your salary. Until you are from IT or Marketing Team. Promotion cycle has been changed from 6 months to Annually.

Fast paced dynamic environment with good company culture. No formals requured on office. Head Office building and location is nice.

Dislikes

...g and offboarding process. Many processes and functions aren't matured enough. Not much on the benifits other than salary
