Work pressure No government holiday, even on labours day You have to work over time Those who does internship ,does works of labour works Company mainly runs on intership students. There is no proper software for design and manufacturing programs they use illegal version. There is no maintenance restroom. Monthly once they clean the restroom There is no properly functioning machine Politics is there in company Don’t join this company even though you have no option

Technology is backward and no innovations. Maximum period of work should be minimized to 2 years or bond period. Bond of 1.5 years or more. Outdated documentation techniques. Lengthy and cumbersome process for purchase, billing and payment.
