Inequal pay scale. Some people with less experience earn more. The salary is not at par with other Investment Bank's compliance department.

Compensation is average and even the growth is slow. Some Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why sometimes need to take back the suggestions most of the times.

One of the best company to work with. Great facilities. Life Insurance of 5 times annual salary. Medical insurance of Self, Spouse, Parents, Kids, Parents in law. Pick up and drop. Subsidized cafeteria.

It always depends upon process and the mainly manager. Good company with bad manager is not preferred but bad company with good manager is sustainable

...There are people sitting at leadership without adding any purpose to their work. They are like dormant volcanos just taking monthly salary and not adding anything worthy to the work

Appraisal, increments are low, your salary will not match the competition if you stick around longer. But HR won't hesitate to pay as per the demands if you are joining from outside. So staying loyal is not reaping any benefits.
