The canteen services and the Gym is something to cherish other than that there is nothing to like about Nomura Powai anymore. The new CSG management in Powai has messed with the hiring process, which had ruptured the Nomura's Culture.

Dislikes

Hiring Process in CSG post the Management change since 2023 had a great downfall. Nomura started Hiring Freshers with 0 Experience, having 0 corporate Etiquettes. Nomura is full of Ex Eclerx. in between they hired employees from Third party organisations which further ruptured the corporate Culture. The appraisal and Promotion process is flawed. Located at good place and cafeteria is good at reasonable rates and food quality is also good

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible Managers supports extended working hours post logout manager expects you to take meeting calls and work on activites which can be done next day however, they will force you to be completed the same day.
