Speaking from just the operations department perspective: • Below average pay • Disappointing bonus • Lack of positive leadership • More oriented towards finding faults in other's work rather than improvement • Poor software and sophisticated workflow • Lack of industry level awareness (besides senior management) as they tend to hire freshers • All talk no play.
