All are redflags here, worst decision made in my life to join here, I should have not fallen for the fancy details mentioned in their company website , all the reviews written here are by HR people, don't believe these, brand new start up, no ethics no culture no work-life balance, no job security, no policy All 5 days wfo, not enough resources login at 6:30 and log off at 11:30, basically expected to cover both US and IST timezones, no job security, it is more like contract not full time employment, they hire ,once project done they end contract, weekend also we have to work and comp off or allowance, they want immediate joiner, once job done with the same speed you will be terminated,
