Great organization till you retire . Lot of respect and appreciation. Good salary and benefits are great like CLV , corporate insurance etc . Never expected nokia such a great employer .

If you are in rite opportunity and correct job role nothing bad as such . I feel lot critical work is carried out by onsight team, in India you might be doing the work which may not add/enhance your skills but it's completely person opinion .

.... no politics in any level.. we can not compare with service based companies.... u will feel the beauty of product based with high salary and flexibility

onsite chances are very less but normal pkg is very high

Employee engagement was amazing, security, safety is primary focus there.

No career growth, No salary hikes, no satisfactory compensations, no official outings etc, not good cafeteria, food is also not good.

Salary compensation upto market standards, people are supportive team mates and others. Working on 5G itself is challenging and learning opportunities are more.
