Salary and other benifts are good.

Dislikes

Job satisfaction is not good. HR involment is zero. In 6 year i have not single call from HR. My Team size is small and work load is huge, As my team size is of 5 team mate and woking for only Vodafone network, but after idea marging team size is same but work is doubled Vodafone + Idea. HR and Upper management is not good, not taking care of employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is a bond of 2yearas before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is not given to new joinees. ।

Likes

Nokia is a best place of you are looking out for a stable job and secure stay. In my 14 yrs of career I have seen very less or least corporate politics in Nokia. I don't want to generalise that for the whole company becoz I have worked for 3 different teams at Nokia. So that's my opinion. Sometimes people are extremely rude and head strong here, becoz they have lived their whole life here and they think it's their own place. So you might some times better dissatisfied with the people around.

Dislikes

Everybody has the same opinion about pay and promotion. But I personally feel Nokia is paying a bit less than the market trend, however their policies are fair enough. At the end of the day, the more you earn, the more tax you pay, so it's one and the same.

Likes

Salary compensation upto market standards, people are supportive team mates and others. Working on 5G itself is challenging and learning opportunities are more.

Work life balance not great too much work pressure from higher management
