Me with Nokia from last 3.7 years , And overall Experience is good,Learn lots of technically terms , And job security is 90% than other company.

Being a Off role Employee i just want that Nokia have to pay attention for off role employee also.(Hike And all.)

Employee engagement was amazing, security, safety is primary focus there.

Dislikes

No career growth, No salary hikes, no satisfactory compensations, no official outings etc, not good cafeteria, food is also not good.

Job security...and mostly once growth is directly proportional to "connection" with reporting hierarchy. Great place for women especially GSS.

At times skills are not recognised... Compensation is ok.

Shifts were of 8 hours, nothing else.

They hire on third party payroll and will never onroll on their self payroll. I worked there for more than 3 years on third party payroll without any increment on my salary. Mine salary remain same i.e. 8500 RS only
