As a results, our service engineer also get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. but But on site travel is depend on your project and client's location, we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent , but growth is low, the work pressure is very high.they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal also, there is no-job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometime,

Travel opportunities, Customer base and exposure, people hear you and think about your suggestions when in critical need or pressure.ownership of work. Innovative approach, variety of applications.

Dislikes

Career growth, salary/appraisal, politics, people without skill have a stronger position as per management. Compensation in starting is decent but as you grow skill with hard work responsibilities rise exponentially but compensation stays way behind. Some new Manager a non technical person do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i lost interest. i do received appreciations about my work which were always forgotten during appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me had to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometime specially when the manager takes the whole credit. Same freshers who became assets or helping hands for the company when not handled well by the management quit or switch to other organisation easily. it is very painful to do same guidance all over again.
