People working here apart from HR team is very helpful and nice.

They are a growing startup, but they treat themselves as a MNC, I'm not talking about directors and founders of the company. I'm talking about HR team. They don't solve your issues. Salary is poor part of the job, doing work and not getting paid enough is the worst part of a job

Its an amazing place to work. I had an opportunity to learn and explore a lot of new things. Very supportive management and staff.

Everyday you will learn new that's the work culture. People are always at their best with a helping hand being provided at every step of the way. The freedom that you get to express your skills, leadership quality is much appreciated. Friendly and supportive team. I am glad to be the part of Noesys team!!

I liked working at Noesys because I was a beginner and I learned lot of stuff about development.

Dislikes

Working at Noesys is difficult when the upper management scolds you there will be yelling in the office most of the time, one of the upper management person always wanted to be right no matter how hard you try to prove that person wrong. I was supposed to work as a developer but I was given the work of handling excel sheets and make documents about the product. When I got the development work I struggled a lot in the mean time I learnt while struggling.

Employees is a good part of company but the management is worst. Appraisal is like a dream. They will never appreciate you. They will demotivate you.

Dislikes

Management is worst, one way communication, No time limits. You will feel like hell.
