Within the development team there's a lot of growth opportunities throughout the year which has been amazing, since I don't have to worry about looking for outside opportunities.

Quick turnarounds on deadlines can feel overwhelming at times.

By far one of the best teams I've worked with in customer service. Everyone is able to work together to help our clients access whatever they need. Can't wait to see what this year has in store for us.

Sometimes the expectation can exceed what's realistic. Hopefully management will help us balance our workloads in the coming year.
