Good thing is that people always listen to u. Queries take time but eventually get resolved. Every month there is a performance evaluation. If you are bad performer/lazy - you cannot survive. This is a very good company for freshers. This company will make you give your best and opportunities to earn is very very high- Attractive incentive

Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job

1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

No job security, without letting you the reason they deduct salary. They forced to resign even if you achive 50% of your target. Keep on increasing your target mine was 300 in 1st month and on 6th month 2000. Don't give FNF and receiving letter also. Harras you. No work life balance. Don't join this company they spoil your resume. HR and Management are so care less they don't belive in learning just want you use your own refrence or bribe the society from your pocket and do sale if you can't then you will receive a mail that your resignation is accepted even though you didn't applied.
