Initially they gave a good hike in salary. And later on they started terminating those employees who have higher salary. This only implies to the employees at ground level. For managers, hike in salary doesn't result in burden for organisation. Such a creepy management.

Dislikes

There's is no discipline in the management. All immatured guys who dont have proper experience and skills are been appointed as seniors and they try to dominate others. Only seniors have their job security as they point out on juniors when they are not able to achieve the targets and they dismissed the juniors despite they themselves lack in their skills and not able to derive the conclusion. Worst management ever I have seen. They don't give proper reason while dismissing. They deliberately give out unusual target to dismiss someone whom they dont want in their organisation. For them there are no policies to be followed for such employees but when they want to retain someone at their choice they ask to follow up the policies strictly. The HR are also the puppets of managers. They don't have their own decisions nor they do follow the policies. They just follow the orders of managers. Attration rate is high.

...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.

Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job

Here we have lot of freedom in work space and free lunch and good team members You will always get better support from your team management.

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people. We can't able to request for Cab facilities and 2 days week off. They don't provide WFH facility for few departments. Lot of partiality in internal management.
