...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.

Salary we receive on time other than this nothing is good in this company.

Job security is zero after once your work is done they will ask your leave the company. You don't have personal life here if your on leave still they will ask you to join meeting update reports they don't give dam if your driving, stop your car and attend the meeting. You have to visit late night after 7 or 8. They just care about sales team. On the name of appreciation they will give you a cirtificate. And sales is getting out of India tour I phone TV fridge ac. Getting leave is like getting a lottery in start on the month you cannot take leave bcoz it's a month starting and in month end you cannot take leave bcoz it's month end and middle of the month bohot kaam hota hai so you cannot take Leave and the manager and seniors persons can take leave any time. No skill development is here. If you go for interview this company's experience won't get count

Nothing but I would like to say several things which is listed below

1. Work life balance is too bad 2. They will be promising you with several benefits in salary but it is not given even if you perform good. 3. they will not double pay you on national holidays instead they will give you comp off that too in condition by manager's approval where you cannot take comp off in sat, sundays and fridays 4. working hours per week is 54 to 72 hrs where if you are in middle of the city you cannot reach at correct time. 5. tools and tech is awful and cannot be explained 6. I worked in a desk job where everything will be carried out in google services which is totally unrelated as per industrial standards and pay is less compared to other companies and competitors. 7. sunday is not a holiday for most of the designations whereas you can take leave on monday or some other weekdays.

Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Dislikes

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job
