Salary deduction is a common factor of this company. They cut your salary without knowing you . They won't give basic salary if your target is not achieved daily basis . They even not mentioned in your interview time that salary deduction part is there . If you achieved 80 to 90% target then also your salary will be deducted. I never seen such horrible company

...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.

Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job
