...gness and scams as i mentioned earlier in the previous point. Thats not all For the fnf payment my salary was supposed (18*890)= 16020 For which i have proof of receiving only 3402. I guess thats it Just shared an experience They pray this doesnt go viral else i assume more like predict several cases like mine will come up. I ain the only one who got scammes like this in NOBROKER i believe. I

On time salary ,and they will provide good incentives.very good TLS and they are very supportive and some of the reasons I left the job there it's my bad luck . over all if you are Money minded you can earn here. How much you work they will pay that much. Some times pressure will be there. If you earn money you have to bare the pressure.

I liked the work , but the problem is managing people's are bad.

No proper Petrol allowance, still didn't get my salary telling like credited like that but Is management no proper training, Worst Work for a startups

Getting salary without any delay, getting good incentives, good food

Dislikes

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell

...tortured by manager on daily targets. Everyday login hours is more than 12 hrs. I didn't get my basic salary as well. Talk Time is like more than 5 yrs. Very worst experience in this nobroker company.
