... Rather than achieving targets nothing they want, either you extend your time. Unnecessary deductions from salary in the name of checklist. Promotions and the recognisations are not based on your performance. Over all not an employee friendly work place.

Salary on time and incentives were good a the beginning which is reduced gradually now. No pressure for performers.

Too many unwanted deductions from salary. Growth graph is bad. Company doesn't spend on employees. No joining bonus, no gifts during festivals.

...s not a good thing patriarchal system a lot indifference in behavior in work. Salary on time, incentives are late or next to nothing, non achievable targets are set so that no one can earn. And top of all Covid leaves are unpaid and you're expected to return to work within 15 days incase you contracted same.
