I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.

There's nothing to like with working at NoBroker. A toxic environment I've found in this company. It's the worst company I've ever done work with, low skilled managers they hired and no one HR take your query seriously. The managers are well trained to do flattery to their uper head managers. That's it

Salary structure NO FNF clearance after quit the job Casual work environment Unskilled managers The way HR ignore the low level employee issues Flattery behaviour to get the appraisal

1. To get salary you need to complete an unachievable talk time. 2. Your day in the office depends on the manager's mood. 3. Fake commitments regarding salary when you join.

Good company to work with. An employee here woulf enjoy working, work culture is good and managers are very helpful. Learning opportunities will always be there in this organization

...gness and scams as i mentioned earlier in the previous point. Thats not all For the fnf payment my salary was supposed (18*890)= 16020 For which i have proof of receiving only 3402. I guess thats it Just shared an experience They pray this doesnt go viral else i assume more like predict several cases like mine will come up. I ain the only one who got scammes like this in NOBROKER i believe. I
