You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset.
