There's nothing to like with working at NoBroker. A toxic environment I've found in this company. It's the worst company I've ever done work with, low skilled managers they hired and no one HR take your query seriously. The managers are well trained to do flattery to their uper head managers. That's it

...then start firing people from June. I dont recommend anyone to work in Nobroker. I hv seen them firing people giving zero salary even after working for 28 days. They also send expectation emails once you start serving notice period and they fire you in notice period as well. There are people who joined TL level from inception of Nobroker and they become Directors but they dont have any value when it comes to acknowledge the efforts of an employee. HR only hear your VH so no chance of escalating to HR. Also there is no process of Self ratings in appraisal so you depend on only your Manager feedback. If dont like you then no appraisal even you've worked so hard. I've worked here for almost more than a year but never recommend anyone to join Nobroker.

Everything is good - working hours, environment, good support from management.

Salary is very less as per market standards, variable pay was not paid timely, KRAs were changed every quarter just before the payout. When we used to give field training, if we used to come back late that particular day there was no levey to come a little late the next day.

...sick leaves in a month, you need to go to doctors in your condition for a note. or else no pay. How dare you aren't in office by 10am, despite stretching everyday till 8/8.30 pm?? How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. I think hunger games was easier minus the part where you perish
