... are in responsive. 5) Worse HR in the whole industry. 6) No job satisfaction. 7) No salary structure. 8) Your salary gets cuts and the response you get is what's done is done. 9) The Senior Management is specially poor and illogical. 10) Whatever you say will not be accepted until you have a screen shot, a recording or a phone recording. 11) Favouritism prevails in the whole structure 12) They don't have any office. Just a vo-working space-3 seater. 13) If you fail to answer a call or do some work after work hours...it is considered to be irrisponsible and you can loose your job for that.

The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.

Incentive is high... double the salary as incentive easy to convert customer Work pressure on month end only

I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation

Getting salary without any delay, getting good incentives, good food

Dislikes

Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell
