The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.

1. You get very good colleagues who are very supportive throughout your learning curve. 2. On-time salaries and incentives. 3. You get unlimited free food and snacks.

Dislikes

1. To get salary you need to complete an unachievable talk time. 2. Your day in the office depends on the manager's mood. 3. Fake commitments regarding salary when you join.

Nothing. If you hit the target then only you will get the salary otherwise salary will be deducted.. Normally they marked 5-6 LOP in a month... 30 days work karo without leave ka aur salary mile 20-25 days ka.. now you can assume the stress level of employees..

...ood insight of the various sales profile. Decent incentive depends on the work. Salary on time and effective exit process.

Long 9 hrs of work apart from that nothing.

Select the employee and after tranning not picking the call and not given the salary also HR and manager not responding the call if respond then he or she said will update you don't call me but he is not proper response don't go for this company.
