Getting basic salary with lots of deductions in Servicing role, penalties and LOP for silly reasons, lots of work pressure, unprofessional Managers, you will feel frustrated to work, there will be no work life balance only work work work from morning to night that too no extra pay for over time, lots of politics, favouritism, no leaves, your manager will behave like your maid, nothing is there to like you will feel you are in hell

I worked with the NoBroker Packers and Movers team in Delhi NCR, where my floor manager, Anand, was unreasonable and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to discuss an issue with him, he would dismiss my concerns, insisting he was always right. He seemed solely focused on hitting targets and numbers, disregarding the challenges we were facing.

...ers a lot although during the intiation day the HRs would say"Dont impress us". salary and promotion for those who are liked by the manager. Close contacts with HRs and Managers will save you temporarily.

Dislikes

All thier promises falter later on, which brings up stress to the people working there. You get threatened by HRs through mail that legal action will be taken against you, which can bring suicidal thoughts. Favouritism happens here, if you want to see that pls work under them😂. HRs and manager will suddenly ignore you if you are a good performer too! Later on they will remove you from the team and put you in other Management. They can remove you without any reason, even if they have reason, they'll say we underperformed, which is a big Lie

I like the big word and false commitment for the employee.

...ructure every month as per there requirement. so no will be paid the incentive. there is no fixed salary they always try to deduct salary. please don't join this company your career will be finish.
